I am not here because owners should have been able to solve all of this themselves. Running the business takes the bandwidth that process improvement requires. My job is to bring a fresh set of eyes, listen carefully, and help make the next step manageable.
Katavos is based near Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I meet in person when it is reasonable and work remotely when that serves the project better.
